Thank you for choosing SoulPartner. We’re committed to creating a safe, genuine, and valuable platform for meaningful connections. Please read our cancellations and refunds policy carefully before making any purchases on the app.


Membership Cancellations

You may cancel your SoulPartner membership at any time. Cancelling your membership will stop any future recurring charges, but the current membership will remain active until the end of the paid term.

  • Cancellations can be done directly through your account settings or via the platform where the payment was originally made (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store).

  • Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your membership subscription.


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any membership purchases, including partial refunds for unused time.

  • All payments made for SoulPartner memberships are non-refundable.

  • We encourage users to fully review membership benefits and choose a plan that best suits their needs before making a purchase.


Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in rare cases where:

  • There was a technical error on our side during the payment process.

  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same transaction.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction, providing full payment details and screenshots if possible.
